Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we accept returns for a full refund, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in the same state as when it was received.

  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The return must be sent to our Head Office address, which will be provided upon request.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
